A lot of the recent growth in the county, however, has been centered in the smaller communities of Briar Hill Estates, Hillcrest, Longwood, Glen Oaks, and Majestic Woods. While the architectural styles in these areas vary, the home prices often reach beyond the half-million dollar mark, and the square footage totals often range between 3,000-5,000.
